Not a golfer well attend the Dinner Dance/Silent Auction at Los Abrigados in Sedona
Hole sponsors are need and major sponsors are needed – think of who you know that will be willing to support this event.
Silent Auction items will be needed for this event.

So you ask what you can do to help make these two events successful.

Tell all your golfing friends
We have arranged accommodations for guests that come from out of town
Attend the Dinner Dance/Silent Auction


Lastly, ask everyone that you know if they can support St. Josephs with Silent Auction Items. I have merchant request letters in my office along with a tax receipt forms. I have also attached Merchant request letters to this email.

We continue to raise money for St. Joseph’s and in return help support the school. In the end these fundraisers help support your child’s education. Jump onboard, become active at your child’s school, and try to get silent auctions for both events. The successes of these events depend on a team effort.
